Вещи на грани дизайна и искусства

Для этой подборки Ната Татунашвили, основательница бюро Nowadays, работы которого исследовали московскость и стали неотъемлемой частью московской жизни — от баров «Редакция» до кафе «Искра» — собрала предметы, которые преображают пространство вокруг себя. Керамическая посуда, марокканские ковры и стеклянные светильники в форме связки колбасы — все это с буйным декором, скульптурными формами и повышенным вниманием к материалу.

У меня как архитектора сложные отношения с миром предметного дизайна. Вещи сами по себе редко меня на что-то вдохновляют. Мой подход работы всегда отталкивается не от сочетания конкретных купленных предметов, а от пространственных идей. В этом процессе вещи всегда уходят на второй план. Когда идея пространства сложилась и реализуется, яркие, сложные предметы не находят себе места в уже сложившемся интерьере. Чем предметы проще, тише и чем их меньше, тем лучше для меня.

Но иногда, очень редко, я встречаю такие предметы, которые поражают воображение.

Это вещи на грани предметного дизайна и искусства. Поэтому моя подборка не очень похожа на список покупок, скорее, она имеет целью поделиться вдохновением. Ведь, чтобы вдохновляться и радоваться искусству, им не обязательно обладать.

В списке своих любимых вещей я прослеживаю несколько тем. Первая — это сильные скульптурные формы. Такие, до которых, казалось бы, невозможно додуматься никаким логическим путем, но раз увидев, их невозможно забыть.

В противовес этому — совершенно эфемерный мир вещей как будто бестелесных, чистая легкость идей. Это формы неосязаемые, поэтичные — мы запоминаем ощущения от них, но их невозможно визуально воспроизвести.

Меня всегда привлекала в чужих работах буйная, безудержная декоративность. Эта степень экспрессии, которая меня очень волнует и которую очень сложно достичь, сохранив красоту и ясность.
